Standing Tall was commissioned by photographer Larry Broutman as a gift to Ann and Robert Lurie, donors for the new children's hopsital in Chicago. The book measures 12 x 12 inches and is constructed with a drum leaf binding. The images and text were inkjet printed onto Moab Entrada Rag paper.

This is one of a series of wooden cover Coptic books created over the course of several years. This particular book is made of ash with silkscreen image and linen thread.
